When to involve PRINCEPS

Bring us in before the critical choices harden.

The strongest fit is an active opportunity with a real sponsor, a consequential outcome and enough access to evidence for disciplined work.

01

Your organisation needs an experienced writer to lead or strengthen a Horizon Europe proposal for a professional fee.

02

Your consortium needs an African partner with horizontal implementation capabilities and credible access to East African stakeholders.

03

Your team needs practical, tailored training to improve how it interprets calls, structures proposals and manages the writing process.

Three ways to engage PRINCEPS

Choose the service that matches your immediate need.

Each route has a different commercial and delivery model. The scope is made explicit before PRINCEPS commits to writing, partnership or training responsibilities.

Questions

What clients usually ask.

Practical answers on fit, scope and how the engagement works.

Can an organisation in Uganda join Horizon Europe?

Many Horizon Europe collaborative calls are open to participation from non-associated countries, and funding depends on the applicable programme rules and topic conditions. Eligibility must be checked call by call.

Can PRINCEPS write the complete proposal?

Yes. Subject to timing, technical inputs and an agreed scope, PRINCEPS can lead the full writing process or take responsibility for defined sections, work packages or red-team review on a fee basis.

Can PRINCEPS join our consortium as an African partner?

Yes, where the call permits the participation, the role is substantive and the consortium provides an appropriate task and budget. Fit and eligibility are assessed before a commitment is made.

Are your African-partner capabilities limited to one cluster?

No. Dissemination, exploitation, communication, stakeholder engagement, training, ecosystem mapping and implementation support are horizontal capabilities that can apply across relevant Pillar II clusters, Missions and Pillar III opportunities, subject to the topic.

Do you provide training to experienced proposal teams?

Yes. Training is tailored to the team's starting level and can focus on leadership decisions, proposal architecture, specific sections, work-package design, red-team methods or a live opportunity.

Do you guarantee funding?

No. PRINCEPS strengthens proposal quality, coherence and readiness; funding decisions remain with the European institutions and independent evaluators.
